Liability Waiver

By signing up for, paying for, or otherwise participating in any yoga classes, workshops, online sessions, or other offerings provided by That Yoga Nurse (“we,” “us,” or “our”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. I understand that yoga, breathwork, meditation, and related practices involve physical activity that may be strenuous. I recognise that there is an inherent risk of injury, including serious or disabling injury, which cannot be entirely eliminated.

  2. I confirm that I am competent to decide whether or not to participate in these classes or sessions and that I will make an informed decision regarding my participation.

  3. I acknowledge that participation in yoga and related modalities with That Yoga Nurse is voluntary and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I understand that the name “That Yoga Nurse” is anecdotal and reflects the instructor’s personal background; it does not imply the provision of nursing, medical, or healthcare services. All classes, workshops, retreats, and online sessions are strictly delivered in the capacity of a yoga teacher only.

  4. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician or qualified health professional regarding my participation, particularly if I have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

  5. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit, and I have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in classes, workshops, retreats, or online sessions offered by That Yoga Nurse.

  6. I will promptly inform That Yoga Nurse of any changes to my health or medical condition that may affect my ability to participate safely.

  7. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, whether known or unknown, that may arise as a result of my participation in classes, workshops, retreats, or online sessions.

  8. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive, release, and discharge any claim, action, or demand I may have against That Yoga Nurse, its instructors, employees, or affiliates, arising out of or in connection with my participation.

By signing up, submitting payment, or otherwise enrolling in classes, workshops, or online sessions, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Release & Waiver of Liability in full.
