Whats Next for Sasha?

Looking ahead, Sasha is excited to expand her offerings as she deepens her practice and knowledge. In Spring 2026, after completing her Yin Yoga teacher training, she will begin to offer Yin-based practices alongside her current Vinyasa flow, giving students a fuller spectrum of experiences to support both restorative healing and energising movement. She believes that balance is key, and by offering both dynamic and restorative practices, she can support her students’ needs in a way that’s more holistic and nurturing.
